Copyright Policy and DMCA
Last Updated: February 8, 2026
Copyright Notice
- All content on this Site is protected by copyright unless otherwise noted. Joaquix's Lab retains rights to original works unless an alternate license is explicitly provided.
License Model (ARR / EULA)
- Most products on this Site are distributed under an "All Rights Reserved" (ARR) model unless a different license is specified for a particular product.
- ARR means you are granted only the specific rights described with the download (typically a limited, non-transferable license for personal use) and you must not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of assets without explicit permission.
- Certain products may include a written End User License Agreement (EULA) you must accept before downloading or using the product; that EULA governs additional terms between you and Joaquix's Lab.
Free vs Paid / Membership Access
- Some assets are available free of charge; others are paid or accessible only to members/subscribers.
- Paid/members-only content access is managed via subscription checks (for example, Patreon). Linking your Patreon account authorizes us to verify entitlements for access to paid content.
- Downloads for paid content are bound by the associated license and EULA; violations may result in revocation of access.
Permitted & Prohibited Uses
- Permitted uses are defined by the license accompanying each download (personal use, project use, etc.).
- Prohibited uses generally include redistribution, resale, claiming the work as your own, or including assets in products for sale unless explicitly allowed by license.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
- If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on the Site without authorization, provide a written notice containing the information listed below. We will respond promptly as required by law.
Required Information for a DMCA Notice
- Your full name, contact information (email is preferred), and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (include URLs or identifying information when possible).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Site (provide exact URLs).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notice
- If you receive a takedown and believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of a federal court (if applicable).
Repeat Infringers
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Usage.
Third-Party Content
- Content hosted or linked from third parties may be governed by other licenses and terms; we are not responsible for third-party content policies.
Modifications
- We may update this policy; the "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
Contact for Copyright Issues
- To submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice, or with questions about licensing, contact us via the Site's support channels (Discord or listed social links) and include the required information above. We will provide an address or email upon request if needed for formal DMCA service.
