Acceptance of Terms

By using Joaquix's Lab (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or its services.

The Site provides account-based access. You may sign in directly or via OAuth providers such as Discord or Patreon.
When you use OAuth, we receive only the profile data you permit through that provider (for example, ID, username, avatar, and email if authorized).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Certain downloads and members-only content are available only to subscribed users.
We integrate with Patreon for subscription verification; when you link a Patreon account you authorize us to check subscription status to grant or deny access.
Access is granted based on the entitlement data returned by the provider.

The Site may maintain records required to deliver downloads and verify entitlements.
Access may depend on successful authentication and subscription checks.
We do not sell your data; we use it solely to provide services, verify access, and perform security checks.

Users must not engage in abusive, illegal, or infringing behavior.
Examples of prohibited activities include abuse of download systems, distributing malware, harassment, and evading access controls.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts or access for any violation of these Terms or for behavior we reasonably believe harms the Site or other users.
This includes removing access to paid content and community features.

All content on the Site (text, images, textures, downloads) is owned or licensed by Joaquix's Lab.
When you download assets, you receive only a limited license as specified with each download.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of provided assets.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
In short: we collect only what is necessary to provide services (account info, OAuth profile fields, subscription status, server logs, cookies) and we use it for authentication, entitlement checks, support, and security.

The Site uses third-party services (OAuth providers, hosting, CDN, analytics).
Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; we encourage you to review them before linking or authorizing accounts.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joaquix's Lab disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
